Trigya Eduventure Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Trigya Eduventure is committed to providing high-quality education to our students. We understand that there may be times when a student needs to withdraw from a course, and we have developed this refund policy to ensure that our students are treated fairly.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Full Refund

A full refund will be given if a student withdraws from a course within 7 days of the start date of the course. The student must provide written notification of their withdrawal to Trigya Eduventure.

2.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund will be given if a student withdraws from a course after the 7-day refund period but before the completion of 50% of the course. The amount of the refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund = (Total tuition paid – Tuition for completed classes) x 0.5

2.3 No Refund

No refund will be given if a student withdraws from a course after the completion of 50% of the course.

3. Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to this refund policy. These exceptions include:

If a student is unable to complete a course due to extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a family emergency, Trigya Eduventure may consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, a student must submit a written request to Trigya Eduventure. The request must include the student’s name, the course name, the date of withdrawal, and the reason for withdrawal.

5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written request.

6. Trigya Eduventure reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.

7. This refund policy is governed by the laws of India.
