National Testing Agency (NTA) Announces Examination Calendar for Academic Year 2024-25

New Delhi, 14th September 2023

The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous organization under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, is proud to announce the Examination Calendar for the Academic Year 2024-25. NTA has been established as an independent and self-sustained premier testing organization, operating under the Societies Registration Act (1860). Its mission is to conduct efficient, transparent, and internationally standardized tests to assess the competence of candidates seeking admission to premier Higher Educational Institutions.

Examination Schedule for Academic Year 2024-25:

1. Joint Entrance Examination [JEE (Main)] – 2024 Session 1

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Dates of Examination: Between 24th January and 1st February 2024.

2. Joint Entrance Examination [JEE (Main)] – 2024 Session 2

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Dates of Examination: Between 1st April and 15th April 2024.

3. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test [NEET (UG)] – 2024

Mode of Examination: Pen and Paper/OMR

Date of Examination: 5th May 2024.

4. Common University Entrance Test – UG (CUETUG) 2024

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Dates of Examination: Between 15th May and 31st May 2024.

5. Common University Entrance Test – PG (CUETPG) 2024

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Dates of Examination: Between 11th March and 28th March 2024.

6. UGC-NET Session – I

Mode of Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
